Main features and advantages of HDPE geomembrane in urban domestic waste:

1. The construction requirements of HIDP geomembrane must be in accordance with the progress of the whole project, completely remove the turf, roots and all sharp corners of the site. The underlying layer is flat and there should be no raised folds to prevent damage to the geomembrane.

2. For the soft parts, it should be excavated and backfilled. Any items in the field that can damage the HIDPE geomembrane, such as nails, wood, protrusions, etc., should be completely removed before the HDPE geomembrane is laid. In order to prevent man-made damage to the geomembrane, construction is prohibited. Persons wearing hard-soled shoes or spiked shoes are prohibited from throwing debris on the geomembrane.

3. After the completion of the leveling site, it shall be laid according to the engineered construction drawings approved by the engineer, and the working platform and the wrong solid groove (1000mx1000mm) shall be added according to the terrain of the site. The excavation and backfilling of the wrong solid groove shall meet the requirements for the safety and stability of the geomembrane.

4. After the geomembrane and geotextile are laid, the 1250px clay and 1000px small- grained gravel layer are covered in the bottom of the landfill, and the vertical part of the slope is 1 from the toe line. Covering 1250px thick compacted clay within 5m to protect HDPE geomembrane from damage.

5. Before the lap joint, the foreign objects in the lap joints must be thoroughly removed, such as dirt, sand and gravel. The joints of the lap joints must be staggered. The lap joint method should be extrusion welding, rainy or foggy, sand. When it is too large, it is not allowed to be lapped. When laying the geomembrane, the sand pack weight can be placed on the membrane to prevent the wind blowing the geomembrane and protect the geomembrane from damage.

6. In order to ensure the welding quality of the geomembrane, the weld surface of the geomembrane should be cleaned according to the temperature, wind direction and wind force, and the welding temperature and welding speed can be adjusted at any time; the geomembrane adhered to the surface of the rubber wheel and the surface of the hot wedge is often removed. The residue of the material keeps the surface clean; the base must be flat and hard when welding, the joint surface of the joint must be flat, prevent the crease folds from being laid on the geomembrane, the protective layer and the clay At the end, the composite geomembrane should not be damaged.

7. After each process is completed, it must be approved by the on-site supervision engineer before the next process can be carried out.
